    Sue, have you ever made your Twice-Baked Potatoes recipe with Greek yogurt substituting for cream cheese? I have a yogurt strainer and could strain it into “yogurt cheese” first so it would be a lot thicker than standard Greek yogurt, which is fairly thick anyway. Just wondering if you’ve tried it. I think I’m going to take the plunge and see what happens. Thanks!
